D222U™
is lighter and stronger catalyst bed support for various processing applications. It is the world’s best support media which gives a supreme reliability and lighter than any other bed support in the market.
Being lighter reflects on the bulk density which is lower than other bed support media. This is an advantage for the end user if they order in volume to fill their reactors.
Hence for any volumetric order for our D222 U, the transport (Road) cost is reduced (per volume unit) as at the maximum weight truck load there is a higher volume of balls on the road.
Being stronger and having better drop test performance makes the D222U, better protection against balls breaking and resulting reactor problems.
Our D222U balls shape are spherical and smooth and each nominal size has a very narrow size distribution, minimizing pressured across the bed.
